2 hours
Groups of 4 to 300 participants
The treasure hunt storyline
Participants are challenged to find the famous pearl necklace lost by Marie-Thérèse of Austria, Louis XIV’s spouse. Letters written by D’Artagnan to the Queen provide the clues needed to find the treasure. Game accessories (compass, spyglass, etc.) are also provided to help them find the hidden treasure.
A team-building activity in an exceptional environment
Only 20 minutes from Paris by public transport, players are immersed in the gardens of Versailles. To collect the clues that will lead them to the Queen’s necklace, team members will have to play together and develop a sense of cohesion in order to progress effectively.
Thanks to an exclusive agreement with the Château de Versailles, we are able to welcome large groups in the best possible conditions, allowing participants to enjoy the wonders of this historic and cultural landmark.
The Gardens Of Versailles and its groves
The entire treasure hunt takes place in the open air, in the famous groves: small closed gardens designed to welcome the king and court entertainers in his time. A true showcase of greenery, these groves contain fountains, ponds, vases and statues, illustrating the imagination and whimsy of the period.
During the summer months (April to October), participants have access to all the groves. The circuit they follow is optimized to ensure they don’t miss any of the gardens’ highlights: Bosquet des bains d’Apollon, Île aux Coquillages, Bassin du Miroir, Bosquet des Rocailles, Jardin du Roi, etc.
The Game
Guests stroll through the gardens of Versailles via 3 circuits (each lasting around 30 minutes). Beautifully illustrated game sheets help them collect clues and follow the right circuit. Finally, they must solve a riddle to reach the secret place where the Queen's necklace is kept.
Our animators are on hand to lead this activity with your company's teams. Experienced in the principles of team building, they guide participants through this fun-filled activity (welcomeìng, briefing, immersion, prize-giving, ranking, etc.).
