Treasure hunt • Pompidou
Discover the Centre Pompidou by exploring the museum during your next team building or corporate seminar.
By taking part in our treasure hunt, you’ll discover the emblematic masterpieces of modern and contemporary art in one of the most famous museums in Paris: Pompidou.
2 hours
Groups of 4 to 300 participants
The game
During this treasure hunt, participants will have to recompose a coded message in order to discover the mystery work. Teams, using their game notebooks, explore different areas of the museum to answer the questions presented to them.
It’s an opportunity to learn more about the great founding movements of modernism (Fauvism, Cubism, Expressionism…) and emblematic artists such as Matisse, Picasso, Kahlo, Mondrian, Duchamp, Delaunay, Kandinsky, etc.
Contemporary art is not to be outdone, with some of the leading figures of this movement on the participants’ itinerary: Bourgeois, Kiefer, Dubuffet, Messager, etc.

A team-building event that builds team spirit
A real game of rapidity, the participants will have to find as many works of art as possible in a limited time. As a team, they’ll have to coordinate their different missions and collect the clues they need to solve the enigma. Throughout the event, in a convivial atmosphere, the team’s agility and cohesion will be put to the test.
A prestigious location: Beaubourg
In the heart of Paris, between the Halles and Marais districts, the Centre Pompidou building is striking for its industrial lines of metal and glass, enhanced by a tangle of coloured pipes.
With almost 100,000 pieces of art, the museum has one of the largest collections of modern and contemporary art in the world (and the largest in Europe).
The highlight of the show, from the sixth floor, is a panoramic view over the rooftops of Paris and its most famous monuments.

The game
The game is divided into 3 parts. In the first two parts, in the modern art area, the game participants will have to identify as many artworks (paintings, sculptures, objects...) as possible, in order to find the clues they need to complete the coded message. The third part, in the contemporary art area, will complete the enigma, the solution to which will finally lead them to the mystery artwork.
